La Pedrera – UNESCO evening Work created in 1906 by the architect Antoni Gaudí i Cornet (1852-1926) and declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is one of Gaudí’s most important and emblematic buildings. Currently it is the headquarters of the Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera, which carries out projects of a social, environmental, educational and cultural nature that directly benefit nearly 400,000 people. EVENING DEDICATED TO THE RELATIONSHIP UNESCO – AIC 19.30 h – La Pedrera. Activities: Roundtable with UNESCO officials on the relationship between this body and the IAC, given that the IAC is a collaborating member of UNESCO. With the participation of: – Laetitia Fontaine, engineer, researcher at the CRAterre Institute and at the National School of Architecture of Grenoble (France) – Patrick Gallaud, Vice-president of the liaison office UNESCO – NGOs – Stéphanie le Follic Hadida, Art historian and IAC delegate to UNESCO 21:00 h – Dinner buffet 22:30 h – Return to hotel (bus) Activity carried out in collaboration with Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera
